His role involved the development of long-span carbon fiber drive shafts for cooling towers, including research on design, suitable materials, and manufacturing techniques. He also focused on design validation, testing, and balancing, significantly contributing to the company's technical documentation development. His achievements extend beyond his roles within the company. He authored a conference paper on the theoretical investigation into air-cooled condenser performance optimization, presented at the ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition in 2017. In 2019, Mehul ascended to the role of Executive Director. In this capacity, he oversees the day-to-day operations and activities of all departments, heading meetings with the sales, marketing, and production teams to improve market share and reduce production lead times. His role also encompasses project management, thermal design, performance evaluations, and the development of new products.
